By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

☑️I am 100% responsible for my own business, sales, and setup.

☑️ I understand that Wildflower Elementary School and I Love Me Journey are NOT responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries during the event.

☑️I confirm that I carry my own insurance and understand that I am fully liable for my participation.

☑️ I will provide my own table and chairs for my setup.

☑️My vendor fee of $40 is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
