Cancellation Policy
Xtreme Hip Hop Class Cancellation Policy At I Love Me Journey, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and strive to maintain a consistent and fair cancellation policy to accommodate everyone. Please review our policy below: Class Cancellations: Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Failure to cancel within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of the session. Rescheduling Policy: Cancelled classes can be rescheduled once. Rescheduling must be done through the appropriate channels and based on availability. Missed rescheduled classes cannot be rescheduled again. Transfer Policy: Classes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. Refund Policy: There are no refunds for purchased class passes or missed classes. Studio Cancellations & Inclement Weather: In the event of studio cancellations or inclement weather, affected classes will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain the quality and consistency of our classes for all participants.
