I Love Me Journey was founded in 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the health of our customers. We offer a variety of products, classes, and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Whether you want to work on your personal well-being or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, I Love Me Journey provides the resources to do so in a positive and friendly environment.
